We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Bankruptcy Attorney opportunity with our client who is a dynamic and a growing national law firm dedicated to excellence in legal services. Our Financial Services Central Division is seeking a motivated Bankruptcy Attorney licensed in Kentucky and ideally West Virginia to join our creditors' rights practice. Admission in Ohio and/or Indiana is a plus.

The Bankruptcy Attorney is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Representing secured creditors at bankruptcy hearings throughout Kentucky and West Virginia.
• Managing a high-volume caseload.
• Drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Collaborating with and helping coordinate legal support staff.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensure to practice law in Kentucky and West Virginia (Ohio and/or Indiana licensure is a plus).
• Admission to the applicable U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts.
• 1-5 years of experience in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, foreclosure, and/or real estate law.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and maintain reliable transportation.

Pay Rate Range: $80 000+ DOE, plus full benefits

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
