Monitor progress for all self-performing work, subcontractor coordination, supervision, and job site safetyBlueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day work to perform roofing installation or other related tasksManage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, labor and materialsDaily review of "work in place" and compliance of work with plansManage overall safety of the job siteMaintain daily paperwork such as time cards, field reports, etc.Skills and Experience3+ years of experience in residential sidings installation and/or general constructionSolid working knowledge of exterior trim and siding installation, and general constructionSupervisor and subcontractor experienceAbility to travel from job site to job siteContract Lumber is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all candidates for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Powered by JazzHRPIe735183e4c45-8170
