We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SLP to join our Vernon, AL team on a PRN basis. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and deliver evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs.
- Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Requirements- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Alabama SLP license and ASHA certification (or eligibility).
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
