SLB Freightage Inc. is hiring CDL A Local Flatbed Drivers in Indianapolis, IN. SLB Freightage is a third-party delivery service for a large home improvement company. Drivers will be safely delivering finished goods and raw materials for residential and business customers. - $24 to $25 per hour
- Average hours weekly: 40-45
- Overtime pay after 40 hours
- Bonuses:
- $2,500 Sign on bonus: $500 paid after 30 days, $1,000 paid after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months
- $2,000 Driver referral bonus: $500 paid after 1 week, $500 paid after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months
- Quarterly safety bonus (no violations or accidents)
- Monthly attendance bonus: $75 - $100
- Holiday pay after 90 days employed

- Home time: Home daily
- Schedule: Monday Saturday
- Shift: Day shift starting at 6:00 am
- 8-12 stops per day
- Route: Greater Indianapolis area
- Level of Touch: Load and unload materials using moffett forklift, load securement using straps, and some shrink wrapping of pallets
- There are no inside deliveries, deliveries will be made to outdoor hard surfaces onlyEquipment

- Automatic transmission fleetQualifications
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Moffett forklift experience preferred
- No DUI/DWIs in last 7 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 35 miles of Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate for this position
