Position Overview: At CMA's Williamsburg Ford, we believe a clean, organized, and welcoming environment is an important part of delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities & Guest Experience Coordinator to take ownership of the appearance of our dealership and help ensure that both our guests and employees enjoy a clean, professional environment every day.

This is a full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule and an opportunity to become an important part of our team.


Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM w/one-hour lunch. No evenings and no weekends


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the sales showroom
  • Maintain service write-up and customer waiting areas
  • Clean and maintain employee kitchen and break areas
  • Clean and maintain four restrooms throughout the day
  • Clean and maintain office areas and body shop office
  • Empty trash and recycling containers
  • Clean interior glass, entrance doors, and high-touch surfaces
  • Sweep and mop floors throughout the dealership
  • Monitor and replenish restroom and breakroom supplies
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, paper products, and coffee station supplies
  • Report facility maintenance concerns to management
  • Assist with meeting room and event setup as needed
  • Complete facility inspections to ensure the dealership remains guest-ready throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or facility maintenance experience is preferred but not required
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently

  • Pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
