Position Overview

Locum tenens CRNA coverage (per Order notes)

Cases include ortho, endo, podiatry, ENT, and OB. VBACs noted. No high risk OB (per Order notes)

Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required (per Order notes)

EMR: Epic (per Order notes)

Site Details

Coverage model noted as 1 MD and 2 CRNAs during the day (per Order notes)

OR rooms: 3. Endo rooms: 2 (per Order notes)

Required Qualifications

Active Indiana license required to present (per Order notes)

CRNA certification (per Order notes)

Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks (per Order notes)
