Job Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients.
- Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure.
- Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures.
- Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
- Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and anesthesia records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed.
Qualifications
- Board Certified CRNA.
- Active Michigan license.
- Clean background and recent NPDB self-query.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-year CRNA experience required.
- No job gaps.
Working Hours
- 32-40 hours per week, scheduled in 8 or 10-hour shifts.
- No on-call duties; strictly scheduled shifts.
