Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neonatal critical care
- Round on newborns and respond to urgent resuscitation cases (approximately 1-3 per week)
- Perform procedures such as intubation, UVC, and needle decompression
- Interpret X-rays and manage acute neonatal conditions

Qualifications
- Active OR license and DEA required
- Board Certified (BC) only
- BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications are mandatory
- Skills in neonatal intubation, resuscitation, and emergency interventions

Working Hours
- In-house work of 6-8 hours per day between 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Call periods extend from end of in-house hours to 7:00 AM the following day
- Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital during call

Skills
- Resuscitation and emergency airway management skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting neonatal X-rays
- Capable of performing lumber punctures and other advanced procedures preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
