Assignment Overview
We are seeking CRNA to support a strategic expansion of weekend OR services in Missouri. This role involves working under the medical direction of an Anesthesiologist at a facility growing its weekend capacity to 7 active ORs plus OB coverage.
Schedule & Availability
- Start Date: ASAP (Pending 90-day credentialing)
- End Date: Ongoing
- Shift Patterns: Friday Monday blocks (Day and Evening shifts available).
- Shift Length: 10-hour shifts.
- Coverage Detail: Seeking 1 additional APP for Saturdays and 4 additional APPs for Sundays to meet expanded OR demands.
Compensation & Hours
- Guaranteed Hours: No daily or weekly guaranteed hours
- Overtime: OT applies after 50 hours per week .
- Lunch: 30-minute unpaid break.
Clinical Scope
- Setting: Expansion of weekend OR coverage, including Obstetrics (OB) .
- Direction: Medically directed by Anesthesiologists.
- EMR: Proficiency in Epic is required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Specialty: Open to CRNA or CAA candidates.
- Licensure: Active Missouri (MO) license or active IMLC qualification.
- Experience: Ability to manage varied surgical cases in a high-volume weekend environment.
Onboarding Credentialing: 90-day timeline.
