This is a position with a lifestyle medicine focus, offering a collaborative work environment and manageable patient volume.

Schedule

• Monday Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• On call/Callback: None

Clinical Scope

• Specialty: Family Practice / Primary Care
• Patient Population: Ages 2 and up
• Volume: Approximately 7 10 patients per day
• Focus: Primary care with an emphasis on lifestyle medicine
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified
• Licensure: Oregon license required
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
  • Comfortable seeing pediatric through adult patients
