• Location: 1 hour from Charleston, WV.
• Facility: 300 bed facility, stroke certified, 3 exam rooms
• Practice Setting: Inpatient Only, using MediTech, all ER based
• Schedule: Call Only - STEMI
• Practice Details: patient per shift varies, rounding assigned/unassigned patients, admissions
• Certifications: Active license in WV or IMLC, BC/BE, BLS, EMTALA
