Position highlights
- Outpatient general pediatrics, ages newborn through 21
- Well-child, sick visits, and adolescent care no inpatient or ER call required
- Shared after-hours call rotation (1:6 or better) with dedicated triage support
- Partnership track available after 2 years for qualifying physicians
- Manageable panel size quality over volume is our philosophy
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics (ABP or AOBP)
- Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for pediatric care
- New graduates completing residency in warmly encouraged to apply
