Practice Highlights / Qualifications - Inpatient-only Palliative Care role
- Provide consultative services for patients with serious or life-limiting illness
- Lead goals-of-care discussions and family meetings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, social work, chaplaincy, case management)
- Support care transitions, including hospice coordination
- Participate in program development and quality initiatives
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Texas license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
