Job Details:
40-hours of scheduled work per week with varying shifts including 8's, 10's, and 12's
Coverage includes 24-hour plus 16-hour shift per week
Call requirements: 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month
Schedule received 6-weeks at a time with required Christmas holiday coverage
Serve patients across multiple age groups: adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric (90%+ patients over age 12)
Work in 17 main operating rooms, 7 day surgery center rooms, plus special procedures, cath labs, endo, and radiology
Perform supervision-based anesthesia with maximum 4:1 ratio
Handle diverse surgical specialties including gynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, spine, cranial, plastics, pulmonary, pediatrics, ophthalmology, GI, structural hearts, EP, endocrinology, and interventional radiology
Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases
Perform spinal blocks but not regional anesthesia/blocks independently
No burns, transplants, open heart, sick pediatrics, or OB cases
Minimum 1 year experience required (6 months considered)
Board certification and DEA required
Primary work location with occasional coverage at nearby facility
