Shop Helper -

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Shop Helper to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in hard work, learns fast, and wants a long-term career in steel fabrication and production. We promote from within - if you show up, work hard, and care about doing things right, there's plenty of room to grow here.
What You'll Do
- Package, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipping
- Assist with grinding, prepping, and finishing steel parts
- Move material throughout the shop safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Keep the work area organized, safe, and production-ready
What You'll Need

- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and handle physical work daily
- Basic experience using hand tools, grinders, or power tools (preferred)
- Forklift experience or willingness to get trained
- Experience in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing (a plus)
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the drive to learn
