RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Katy, TX with $17/hr pay for a 3 months contract (potential temp to perm opportunity). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with inventory, and helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Dress Code & PPE: Steel toe shoes required and pants or shorts must have belt loops
What You'll Do
- Receive and break down inbound shipments
- Organize and prepare materials for warehouse storage
- Verify item counts and product accuracy against packing slips
- Use RF scanners to scan and assign materials within the warehouse management system
- Perform putaway tasks using warehouse equipment such as order pickers and reach trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory and support overall warehouse organization
- Follow safety procedures and support efficient warehouse operations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory work preferred
- Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (order pickers, reach trucks, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and good work ethic
- Team player with a safety-first mindset
