Position: Warehouse Lead
Location: Cleveland, TN 37311
Industry: Industrial Supplier
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay Rate: $17-$18

Warehouse Associate Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead will need to be able to work independently from master to do list as they will not have a lot of direct reports under them. More so of a self sufficient independent worker.
- 3PL experience (we are a micro 3PL) would be huge with focus on ecommerce and Direct to consumer fulfillment (Small packages
- Pallet jack experience is plus.
- We ship cannabis accessories, need to be ok with our product niche.
What you need in this warehouse Lead position?
- Pallet Jack experience
- Basic computer skills, understanding of how scanners work and package scales.
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a 9 panel drug test
- Ability to lift 40lbs boxes
- Must have a smartphone to clock in and out
