ATC West Healthcare is seeking an additional CRNA to join a hospital-based anesthesia team at a 180-bed facility with a broad range of surgical specialties and procedural coverage areas. This opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment with physician supervision, exposure to diverse adult surgical cases, and flexible 8- or 10-hour day shifts. The facility is open to experienced CRNAs as well as new graduates and provides practice in a supportive multidisciplinary setting with a transition to Epic documentation planned for 2026.

- Approximately 35 surgical cases per day
- Level III Trauma Center
- Surgical specialties include:

- Plastic Surgery
- Out-of-department anesthesia coverage includes:
- Endoscopy
- Non-invasive Cardiology
- Obstetrics
- CT and MRI Radiology services
- Responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments
- Developing anesthesia care plans
- Administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
- Monitoring patients intraoperatively
- Managing anesthesia-related complications
- Providing post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supervision model:
- 1 anesthesiologist supervising 4 CRNAs
- Documentation system:
- Currently paper-based
- Transitioning to Epic in June 2026
- Patient population:
- Primarily adult and geriatric patients
- Minimal pediatric cases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Board Certified CRNA required
- Active Michigan license required
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program required
- Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia required
- Current RN license required
- NBCRNA certification required
- Required certifications:
- PALS preferred
- Required procedural experience:
- General adult surgical anesthesia
- Obstetrical cases
- Neurosurgical cases
- Additional preferred skills:
- Arterial line insertion
- IV insertions
- Floor intubations
- Clean background required
