Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia

Job Details:

Join a collaborative anesthesia team providing care across a full patient demographic from pediatrics to geriatrics
This is a supervised CRNA role with a strong focus on general surgical cases
Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure
Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures
Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout the surgical process
Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase (pre-op, intra-op, and post-op)
Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia records
32-40 hours per week (8 or 10 hour shifts), work either Monday or Friday every week
No on-call duties required (strictly scheduled shifts)
Operate within a Level II Trauma Center setting
Contribute to a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases
Work alongside a team in multiple operating rooms with rotating assignments based on needs
Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed
Must have 1 year CRNA experience and active MI license required
Board Certified CRNA, ACLS, BLS through AHA, and PALS certifications required
