Main Responsibilities
As a Server, you will welcome guests, take food and drink orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, serve food and beverages, check on tables, and make sure guests have everything they need.
You will also process payments, keep your section clean and organized, communicate with the kitchen team, and help maintain a safe and pleasant dining area.
Because we are a family restaurant, it is especially important to be patient, warm, and helpful with families and children. We want every guest to feel comfortable, respected, and happy to come back again.
Requirements
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Candidates should be legally authorized to work in the United States, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed, and able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling payments accurately, following restaurant policies, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. A Food Handler Card or similar certification may be required depending on local regulations.
