Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Barnstable County, MA. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the medical office. Additional duties involve maintaining patient records, verifying insurance information, and providing administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and experience working in a Medical Office environment
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with relevant office software and tools, such as scheduling systems or medical practice management software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Previous experience in a medical or audiology office is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical office administration or related fields is a plus
