Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient pulmonary care team in Prescott, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced providers looking to grow in a specialized clinical setting with no night or weekend responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient care for adults 55+ with respiratory and pulmonary conditions
Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and create treatment plans
Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on care plans and chronic disease management
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support clinical protocols
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing; board-certified Nurse Practitioner
Arizona NP license (or ability to obtain before start)
Experience in pulmonology, internal medicine, or sleep medicine preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Pulmonary specialty
