Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,012 - $7,791
• Shift: 8-hour days (7am-4pm), 5 shifts per week
• Call Schedule: 4pm-7am; OR and OB call (primary and secondary); 20-minute response time
• Duration: 52 weeks (ongoing dates available into 2027)
• Team: 6 anesthesia providers (MDs and CRNAs)
• EMR System: Plexus
• Annual Deliveries: 400-500 (OB anesthesia experience valued)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CRNA clinical experience; acute care and OR experience preferred
• Active, unrestricted Indiana CRNA license or ability to obtain (Indiana CRNA jobs candidates welcome)
• AHA-issued certifications required: COI-IN PCF
• Documented case logs for epidurals, spinals, and regional nerve blocks
• Ability to practice independently per Indiana guidelines (supervision limited to podiatry and dental cases)
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days; temporary privileges available with clear background and malpractice history

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general and regional anesthesia across a broad surgical case mix: Endoscopy, OB, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks; maintain current regional anesthesia skills
• Participate in OR and OB call coverage with timely response
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and case logs in Plexus EMR
• Collaborate with surgeons, obstetricians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
