What You'll Do:
- Install, modify, and repair ductwork systems according to project specifications and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions
- Measure, cut, assemble, and secure duct components efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot issues during installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling of tools and materials
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Duct Installer or similar role in HVAC or construction industry
- Knowledge of ductwork materials, tools, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in confined or elevated spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain safety training as required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
