Daily Responsibilities as the Client Engagement Specialist: Engage directly with customers as a Client Engagement Specialist to build strong relationships and enhance their overall experience Support brand outreach efforts and contribute to leadership initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction Actively listen to customers and their needs, and tailor solutions to ensure they're satisfied Collaborate with other Client Engagement Specialist team members to meet Stamford business goals and strengthen internal leadership development The Client Engagement Specialist helps track engagement performance and assists in refining leadership strategies to maintain a productive work environment Maintains a positive and professional attitude in all customer-facing interactions Ideal Qualities of the Client Engagement Specialist: High school diploma, GED or equivalent education Able to effectively communicate with coworkers and clients Can create interpersonal relationships with others Willing to learn and apply marketing techniques Participate in training and leadership initiatives to improve the Client Engagement Specialist team Able to work on-site in Stamford, CT Why Join the Stamford AT&T Team?
