What You'll Do:
- Greet customers, build rapport, and guide them through the motorcycle buying process
- Present and demonstrate new and pre â€' owned Harley â€' Davidson models
- Follow up with leads, maintain communication, and manage your sales pipeline
- Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and customization options
- Work closely with Finance, Parts, and Service to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Participate in dealership events, demo days, and community activities
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and professional appearance
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, Marine, powersports, retail, or hospitality)
- Strong communication and relationship â€' building skills
- Self â€' motivated, goal â€' oriented, and comfortable in a fast â€' paced environment
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and confidently
- Positive attitude and team â€' focused mindset
- Motorcycle experience or interest is a plus (we'll train the right person)
- Valid driver's license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain it
