Customer Support (Call Center) - Full-Time, $20/hour - On-Site in Stevens Point Put your Service, Communication and Tech skills to work in this Customer Support role with our client, a well-respected, reputable Stevens Point business! This is an on-site position, located in Stevens Point, WI.
Will be taking high volume of inbound phone calls daily to assist customer in areas focused around billing, account maintenance, and eligbility. Duties include:
- Handling billing inquiriers
- Processing payments
- Mainiting up-to-date demographic information
- Updating customer records (email/mailing address, phone number, etc.)
- Reviewing and confimring customer eligibility upon request to terminate coverage and processing or escalating the requests
- Proiding clear direction and accurate information to customer
- Following established policy & procedure
- Accurately documenting customer interactions
Schedule Options:
- 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

- Temporary until approximaltey March 30, 2027
- Proven exceptional attention to detail
- Tech Savy and ability to learn & navigate computer systems and resources
- Strong customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Must be comfortable working with customers over the phone
- Proven reliability and professionalism
