Facility in Waterloo, IA seeking Anesthesiology locums coverageRates: $425-550/hrOpportunity HighlightsStart Date: ASAP (Ongoing).Availability: Minimum of 2 weeks per month required.Schedule: MondayFriday, 06 30 (Weekends included as scheduled).On-Call: Required (Night and 24-hour options).Care Model: Solo physician practice; no supervision of APPs expected.Volume: 3050 cases daily for the entire department across 13 OR rooms.EMR: EPIC.Clinical Scope & ServicesThe provider will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring patient care before and during surgical procedures.Case Mix: General Anesthesia, Obstetrics (including TOLACTrial of Labor After Cesarean), and Healthy Pediatrics.Exclusions: No hearts or neurosurgery.Requirement: Proficiency in Conscious Sedation is mandatory.Provider RequirementsBoard Status: Board Certified in Anesthesiology (Required).Licensure: Active Iowa (IA) License or Active IMLC LOQ (Letter of Qualification must be provided at name clear).Clinical Skills: Conscious Sedation certification (Required).Background: 100% Clean Malpractice/Background (Required).Documentation: Self-Query NPDB Report pulled within the last 30 days is Required at time of presentation.About WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparency
