Job Description

Key Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair circuits, motors, controls, and related components Install, test, maintain, and repair wiring, starters, fixtures, and control devices Read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Use testing equipment to diagnose failures and restore functionality Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime Verify continuity and safe operation of electrical systems Follow lockout/tagout and all safety procedures Complete maintenance records and required documentation Work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Several years of industrial electrical or maintenance experience Required Skills Knowledge of PLCs, I/O logic, and AC/DC drives Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics Familiarity with electrical codes and safe work practices Basic math, reading, and writing skills Computer skills for reporting and documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Preferred Traits Self-motivated and dependable Safety-focused mindset Strong attention to detail Team-oriented with good communication skills
