Case Management Director for a leadership opportunity at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Northern Virginia. This role is open to experienced healthcare professionals without a clinical license who bring strong case management leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the Case Management department
- Oversee utilization review and discharge planning processes
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and support Case Management staff
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership teams
- Assist with patient caseloads when needed
- Drive performance, efficiency, and patient outcomes
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required (healthcare-related field preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of hospital-based case management leadership experience
- Strong background in utilization review and discharge planning
- Acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
- CCM or ACM certification preferred (required within first year if not already obtained)
- Demonstrated leadership stability (2+ years in prior roles preferred)

- Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 annually + quarterly bonus opportunity
