Looking for a CRNA to assist with coverage in Flagstaff, AZ - licensing opportunity

Start Date: January 12, 2026
Assignment Length: January 12 May 10, 2026

• Shifts: 7:00a 3:00p, 7:00a 5:00p, 7:00a 7:00p, or 3:00p 11:00p

• Approx. 40 hours per week
  

• Scheduled shifts only no call
  

• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital

• Setting: Hospital

• Beds: 317

• Average Daily Census: cases per day

• Number of ORs: 11 main ORs, 2 ambulatory ORs

• Department Description: Includes ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy

• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
  

• Board Certification: NBCRNA (CRNA required)

• State License: Arizona (can license prior to start if needed)

• DEA: Not required

• CSR: Not required

• Certifications: BLS or ACLS required

• Minimum Experience: Recent hospital experience required

• Trauma Level: Adult Level I/II facility

• Vaccination Requirements:
