Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm, Call is 3 pm-7 am Monday-Friday, 24 hours on weekends day shift, on-call hours, 3pm-7am pager Mon-Fri.
Worksite Setting: Inpatients/ Hospital.
Scope of Work: 1 MD & 4 CRNA's daily, Call 1-2 days/week & 1-2 weekends/month, 30 to 33 shifts/ month, Ortho, TEE, Endo, Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks, Able to perform all blocks except OB since there is no OB.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active licenses PA, BC/BE, ACLS, BLS.
