Details:

• Begins upon successful credentialing
• ASAP-Ongoing
• Four (4) Ten (10) hour Days Per Wk: 6:30AM - 5:00PM
• Potential OT if desired
• Ortho, Neuro-Spine, Uro, GS, Vascular, Plastics, ENT
• One day per week and 1:4 weekends
• CRNA s are supervised, 1:4
• 6 week credentialing process
