The Customer Service Plumber will work as a representative of Pacific Production Plumbing and address warranty issues in newly built tract homes. Daily interactions with homeowners, builder reps, and field personnel will be necessary to resolve these issues. The ideal candidate will possess a professional attitude, extensive knowledge in New Construction Plumbing Installation and the presence of mind to address recurring issues. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required in order to operate a company vehicle. This position requires being on-call on a rotational basis of one week every four weeks.
