Lake Insurance Agency is a family owned insurance agency that was established in 2015. With a strong and dedicated team we have grown each year and are looking to expand. We are seeking to add highly motivated and eager individuals to our team. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and customer service. We have an elite team we look forward to expanding our business and making sure all of our clients are properly protected when they need it most. With great customer management platforms and technology, our clients love working with us. Our agency will give you all of the tools that you need to be successful in the insurance industry.
What you will do:
- Utilize our leads provided by the company and available to you in our customer management system to produce insurance sales opportunities.
- You will convert leads to sales through text, phone, or email by rapidly responding to customers who have requested a quote.
- Service customers who need help getting coverage or adjusting existing insurance policies.
- Adapt to new and ever changing technology as we are growing and adding additional tools to our processes.
- Work with our service team to obtain all necessary documents and meet the requirements needed to bind insurance plans.
Our ask:
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required. If you have at least 1 year as a high-performing, licensed producer. Property & Casualty (P&C) this is an excellent opportunity for you to one day be your own boss if desired!
- We are seeking individuals that have above-average computer skills.
- Motivated and positive attitudes only!
- Self-Driven and excellent time management skills. We desire a team that can manage their own workload and figure out what needs to be done with minimal oversight.
Requirements:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a property and casualty insurance license within 30 days of hire.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay plus unlimited commission
