Urology Physician

Assignment: March July (3 6 month assignment; potential extensions through 2026)
Schedule: Clinic 8 AM 4 PM, Night Call 5 PM 8 AM, 24-Hour Call (1:6 rotation)
Location: Kitsap County, WA Peninsula with stunning water & mountain views!

Clinical Responsibilities

• General urology care in clinic & on call
• Procedures include:
  • Cystoscopy
  • Vasectomies ️
  • Prostate biopsy
  • TURP
  • Uroflow/cuff & bladder scans
  • Ureteroscopy & nephrectomy
  • Cystectomy
  • ESWL & Botox injections
• Robot available, but robotic cases not required
• Patient volume: /day
• Surgical volume: /month

Call & Coverage Details

• 5 6 days of call plus clinic minimum
• 20% new consults, 80% callback patients during call
• Night Call / 24-Hour Call / Holiday coverage required
• Must cover 80% of posted dates

Rates

• Hourly: $450 $500
• Holiday: $675 $750
• Nightly Call: $900 $1,200
• Holiday Nightly Call: $1,350 $1,800
• 24-Hour Call: $4,000 $4,250
• 24-Hour Holiday Call: $6,000 $6,375
• Call Back: $450 $500 / Holiday Call Back: $675 $750
• Orientation: $225 $250/hr beyond 8 hours
• Malpractice: Must be included

Requirements

• Board Certified Urology Highly Preferred or Board Eligible (0 5 yrs post-residency)
• Active WA License or IMLC Required
• ACLS, BLS, DEA Required (can obtain if selected)
• Clean malpractice history Highly Preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
