Rate: $26-30/hour - Based on experience
Adecco is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as an On-Site Recruiter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is driven by results.
As the on-site recruiting partner, you will play a key role in supporting our client by sourcing talent, building strong candidate relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and screen active and passive candidates for client openings
Meet weekly recruiting KPIs (calls, interviews, placements, onboarding)
Manage and facilitate the Adecco onboarding process
Provide outstanding customer service to associates and clients
Build and maintain strong professional relationships
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment OR
1-3 years of recruiting experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to learn new systems and navigate software confidently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local locations as required

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
