Job Summary:
The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommends suitable insurance products.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly in both languages.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
