Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments to support sales efforts
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Deliver friendly, accurate customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage
- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve marketing and sales targets
- Use effective communication skills to educate customers and drive business growth
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in marketing insurance and financial products
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work well within a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
