RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Attend community events, seminars, and networking functions to promote the agency and expand client base.
• Greet and take payments from walk-in customers.
• Proactively generate new business by prospecting and following up on leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Spanish or Polish speaker preferred.
