We are seeking a dedicated and experienced State Farm licensed professional (P&C and L&H) to lead and manage our agency office in The Heights, Houston. As the lead member, you will oversee daily operations, provide exceptional service to existing clients, and offer a range of State Farm multi-line products including Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with State Farm Insurance.
• Valid licenses in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Career-oriented with strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
