Real Estate Field Rep - Client Service (Flexible Hours)

Service Area: Lincoln, NE and surrounding areas

Schedule: Part-Time 3-5 days a week

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

Compensation: $20-$30 per hour equivalent + mileage reimbursement

About the Role

We're hiring a dependable, professional, and personable team member to join a growing real estate media company serving the Lincoln area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, and learning creative skills in a hands-on environment. You do not need professional photography experience to apply. We provide paid training and clear systems. What matters most is reliability, communication, and professionalism.

You will be the face of the company in clients' homes, so confidence, kindness, and punctuality are key.

What You'll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
• Capture interior and exterior real estate photos using a structured shot list
• Represent the brand professionally with agents and homeowners
• Upload media files after each shoot (no editing required)
• Learn additional services like drone and video over time

Schedule & Availability

• Must be consistently available 3-4 days a week
• Typical shooting window: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Approximately 15-20 hours per week
• Hours vary based on booking volume and seasonality

This role works well for someone who wants consistent part-time work with set weekday availability.

Compensation

• Paid training at $15/hour
• Standard shoots average $25 per scheduled hour on-site
• Drone-certified photographers earn $30 per scheduled hour
• Additional services (video, specialty media) paid per project
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.30 per mile

Earnings increase as you gain certifications and efficiency. This is a skill-based growth path.

• iPhone 14 Pro or newer
