Summary
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. This role combines customer service, communication and sales skills to ensure accurate recommendations, efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction while consistently demonstrating our core values.
