About the PositionHoneyCar Roanoke is seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our service team.
As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact between the customer and the service department. You will guide customers through the entire service experience-from check-in to vehicle delivery-while ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where your ability to communicate, organize, and build trust directly impacts both customer experience and department success.
