Real Estate Photographer (Paid Training Provided)

We're hiring a dependable, easy-going, and customer-focused photographer to join our growing real estate media team serving the Worcester/Central Massachusetts area.

If you enjoy driving locally, meeting new people, and learning hands-on creative skills, this is a great opportunity, even if you have no prior photography experience.

We provide paid training and professional equipment. You bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, working independently, and representing a brand with professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Travel locally to commercial and residential properties for scheduled photo appointments
• Capture interior and exterior property photos following our shot list
• Represent our team professionally when interacting with agents and homeowners
• Upload photo files after each shoot (no editing required)
• Learn additional services such as drone photography and video
• Collaborate with our team and offshore support staff to keep projects running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, easy-going personality with a strong customer service mindset
• Reliable transportation and comfort driving throughout the Worcester area (within 60 minutes)
• Ability to follow a checklist and stay organized during shoots
• Comfortable using basic technology and learning new tools
• Available Thursday-Monday (5 days per week)
• Team-player who communicates well and stays solution-focused
• Comfortable working on your feet and carrying equipment throughout properties
• Willing to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license within 30 days of hire

Compensation

• Paid training provided at $15/hour (approx. 4 weeks)
• Standard photoshoots start at $25 per unit
  (Each unit represents approximately 60 minutes of scheduled on-site time)
• After earning your drone certification: $30 per unit
• Video work and additional services offer additional pay depending on project scope
• Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.30 per mile

Hours & Growth Opportunity

This role starts at approximately 5-10 hours per week while shoot volume continues to grow.

As demand increases, there is strong potential for the role to expand to 20-30+ hours per week, and in some periods even closer to full-time depending on market demand and seasonality.

We're looking for someone who is flexible and excited to grow with the company as booking volume increases.

Important Notes About the Role

This is an active field role. Some days may include:
