About Burna AI
Burna AI is building the safety and data quality platform for oncology drug development, from clinical trials through postmarket surveillance. We start with the single most painful workflow in drug safety: adverse event grading.
Our CTCAE AI platform automates CTCAE v5.0 and v6.0 adverse event grading, reducing a process that takes 15 to 20 minutes per adverse event to under 90 seconds, with strong agreement with expert clinicians, zero hallucinations by design, and human-in-the-loop always.
We partner with NCI-designated cancer centers and health systems to bring structured data quality and automation to oncology safety reporting, clinical trial workflows, and regulatory compliance.
Burna AI is a CancerX member (HHS Cancer Moonshot Initiative) and is closing a $3M SAFE seed round.
