What You'll Do
In this role, you won't just support HR, you'll actively contribute to critical HR operations:
Support recruiting efforts including candidate screening, scheduling, and onboarding coordination
Manage background checks and pre-employment screening processes
Maintain HRIS data integrity and accurate employee records
Assist with benefits administration and ACA compliance tracking and reporting
Serve as a resource for employee HR-related questions and policy guidance
Coordinate onboarding, training, and HR programs
Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and compliance initiatives

Experience with HR systems or recruiting processes preferred
