Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Neurosurgery: Tampa Bay, Florida

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work locums outpatient shifts in Tampa, FL. Starting 6/1/26- ongoing. The role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate.

The NP/PA Neurosurgery role:

• Dates- 6/1/26- ongoing, 40 hours per week plus call
• Call- Rotated NP/PA's 1:4/5 weekend call and 1:4/5-night call responsibility
• Providers serving adult and pediatric patients
• Setting- Rounding on inpatients, no outpatient
• Level II adult and Pediatric trauma center
• EMR- Cerner

Requirements for NP/PA Neurosurgery role:

• Active FL license
• Active Board Certification
• Certifications- ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• 2 years of experience in OR setting
