Rasmussen Air Gas & Energy is hiring a Centrifugal Support Specialist to help manage and grow our centrifugal compressor service business.
This role supports our centrifugal subject-matter expert by handling organization, quoting, scheduling, and follow-through - ensuring preventive maintenance, parts, oil analysis, and service recommendations are executed cleanly and on time.

What You'll Do
- Review centrifugal service reports and recommendations.
- Prepare quotes for parts, oil, and service work.
- Process orders and coordinate parts delivery.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate oil sampling, analysis tracking, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and service technicians to keep work moving.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Extremely strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Interest in working in an industrial or mechanical environment.
- Comfortable working with schedules, systems, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, internal coordination).
- Desire to learn and grow into a specialized support role.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Inside sales, service coordination, or operations experience.
- Exposure to industrial equipment, maintenance, or B2B environments.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
