Rightstone is looking foraLinenSortersin Shelbyville, KY. The pay rate is $14.00 - $15.50/hr.for a full-time, 8-month contract role with a consistent 1st shift schedule.

In this role, you will be a key person responsible formaintainingan efficient, high-standard production flow for a premier healthcare linen facility. You will handle everything from inspecting and sorting medical linens tooperatingindustrial folding machinery to ensure local hospitals receive high-quality, ready-to-use supplies. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and meeting daily production goals.

What you will do:

• Operate various industrialdry-fold machines by accurately feeding linen items according to standard operating procedures.
• Inspect every piece of linen for quality,identifyingany stains, tears, holes, or excessive wear before processing.
• Move and manage high-volume inventory by pushing and pulling linen carts weighing up to 800lbson wheels.
• Utilize computer and printer systems to track production data and generate necessary labels or reports.
• Maintain a high-speed workflow to consistently meet hourly quality and production standards.
• Follow all safety protocols while performing repetitive physical tasks including bending, twisting, andlifting upto 40 lbs.

What we are looking for:

• A dependable individual with a strong work ethic, ready for a 10-hour shift (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for the duration of the shift and handle the manual requirements of linen processing.
• Flexibility toworka Monday-Friday schedule with the availability for occasional mandatory Saturdays.
• A proactive team player with basic computerproficiencyfor tracking inventory and printing production tags.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to spot small defects in fabrics quickly and accurately.
• A professional who is safety-conscious and capable of managing heavy carts and machinery safely.
